Our Story

Meet The Owners!

Nion & Rebecca Started Alua Kombucha in early 2017, known at the time as Infinity Kombucha. They mostly sold their Kombucha at Farmers Markets, then slowly started getting it into local Restaurants. They leased a small facility in Mount Shasta to brew their popular Kombucha and expand their production. With more and more demand grew for their amazing Kombucha, the space kept getting smaller and smaller. It was time to expand! Thats when they changed the name to Alua and they made a big leap into a much larger location and spent almost 2 years expanding from not only Kombucha, but to all the healthy things that you will find at Alua's Thrive Bar!
